It's delicious raw, sliced very thin, it's a totally different taste, it's become trendy to roast it but I remain inconvinced being a lover of good cauliflower cheese.  Don't over cook the cauliflower, best steamed, and make the cheese sauce strong tasting.

Just bananas and the smell of hot milk,There are other things I don't like but don't gag at.  I adore bloody rare steak.  I'll try most things except milky creamy stuff, like rice puddings or egg custard.  Actually I would gag if I had to drink milk.

Funnily enough Zebo, I do like cheese sauce if its got plenty of cheese and mustard and I like cauliflower cheese even though I don't like plain cauliflower.

 

I hate to say this but I've completely gone off all alcoholic drinks.  I'm T total, but not for moral reasons.

Likes.. raw thinly sliced beetroot,.fresh fish, eg trout and Spanish boquerones.

Can't stand parsnips, and fish fingers, yuk!!

I could gag at a few things but, thankfully, food of any kind isn't one of them.  Having said that, I have never tasted tripe - just don't like the look of it.
