No Sound On Tv

I've swapped my sky box to another identical tv but can't get volume on this one through sky. The sound works on tv ok. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to pair the TV to the Sky remote.

I'm sat watching (pre recorded) strictly with no sound!

The sound on our sky remote doesn't work but we can use the TV remote for sound with sky.

If there is a code for your telly brand you should be able to get sky remote to work your telly

Are you sure the HDMI lead is plugged in properly? Is it the same lead that you used on the first TV or is it a different one? If it's a different one try using the original lead.

Thanks for these. The wiring's the same. I'm not sure about codes and pairing so I'll look into that later. It's odd it's just affecting the sound.

Check the settings of the tv.  You might need to change the hdmi settings (assuming you're using hdmi)
