//All flights at Luton Airport have been suspended until the afternoon after a huge fire ripped through a terminal car park.

Flights have been halted until 15:00 BST after the fire at the multi-storey caused the building to suffer a "significant structural collapse".

Up to 1,200 vehicles may have been in the car park and subsequently damaged, the fire service said.

Four firefighters and an airport staff member were taken to hospital.//

No cause has yet been given or ruled out but Luton is an area of high immigration and with the situation in Israel escalating, one cannot help but wonder of it's connected.  I hope it isn't.

'That's why I said 'could be', Zacs'

'could be' a Kia Sportage/ Hyundai Tucson / Nissan Juke / MG HS.......anything, really.

Fire at Luton Airport: Cause of car park inferno that damaged 1,500 vehicles revealed | The Independent

The cause of the fire was a diesel vehicle. No evidence of arson.

Zacs, I could have but I thought it had been confirmed that is a Range Rover

If diesel causes that much damage then it's far more flamable than we're led to believe, and the car park facility would need to be atrociously (un)designed.
