JimF  Theland hasn't been mentioned since the beginning of this thread - and always with a sort of respect by people who opposed his views.  Not sure why you  have posted this just now.  I suppose you have your reasons.

I used to favour News, especially in the good old Wild West days.  But sadly too many old Stalwarts have passed on or simply left as it has degenerated.

These days I tend to just wander, often if something pops up in latest posts I will have a go if I can.

Generally though everything seems to be less lively and fun.

It seems a lot of folk share that view (including me occasionally), but I sometimes wonder if it's a case of either Grass is Greener etc., OR Distance lends Enchantment etc.
