Or:

(to be) determined: we haven't  figured it out yet.

Russia trying to regain land before Winter sets in???

They've been attempting to regain some of the land they lost last autumn - counterattacking virtually ever since. A couple of days back they really threw the kitchen sink at  Avdiivka - a town Ukraine had always held. They've lost about 80 tanks and 1500 men in that time. It's what they do though: after a reverse: attempt to go again rather than do a tactical retreat. Mostly all that happens is they get attrited

A follow up to the news about the pipeline: today lots of Estonian schools and other institutions received bomb threats in Russian. 
Again, the timing of this is intriguing
