Planning Application and Conditions
I recently submitted a planning application to remove two conditions set by an earlier application.
The Local Planning Committee approved the application to remove the previous two conditions; however they also resolved to introduce a new, but varied condition, exactly the same as the second they just approved, using a different form of words!
What is the validity of a condition which for all intents and purposes is no different from that which the application sought to vary and which the Committee approved?

Well the new conditions attached now apply. Its probably occurred because of a change in the standard wording used by the Local Planners to describe the constraints in the time between the original consent and now.
In short, they don't like your idea of removing the intent behind the imposed conditions. For more than that, please provide info as suggested by Zac.
