Jeremy Hunt is set to quit as an MP before the GE.The writings on the wall for the Cons, as most cabinet Ministers expect to lose their seats at the GE.If Jeremy did stand and loses which he will .It would have been  the biggest scalp taken by Labour on election night so he has decided to jump ship.

A recent poll taking in the new boundries suggests Labour will win 420 seats making a landslide of 190 seat majority. Woohoo.

Our Tory MP is standing down at the next election, Chris Clarkson. Narrowly won to make it Tory for the first time since 1970. This constituency will also disappear as the result of boundary changes and thankfully, so will Mr Clarkson. 

The thing is, we will become part of North Manchester Blackley (pronounced locally as Blakeley)and the Labour candidate will probably be the abominable Graham Stringer. Not one of my favourite local politicians. Hey Ho!
