70S/80S Spinning Whistling Saucer Toy

Hi, I used to have a toy in the early eighties, it was a dark red plastic saucer shape with string coming out from each side and a hoop on the end of the strings so you could hook it on to your finger and it would spin, light up and whistle, does anyone have any information on these please? thank you in advance x
