I can't get any contact with ed he wants new email too

If you're using the same login details for AB on your iPad as you are on your computer, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get into AB via your computer.  Further, you shouldn't need your email address to log into AB in the first place.  All you should need is your username ('jennyjoan', all in lower case) and your password.

On your iPad, go to Settings > Passwords.  Tap the entry for The AnswerBank and then tap the Password field.  Note down the password shown there, exactly as it appears.

Then go to your computer and try to log in, entering 'jennyjoan' (all in lower case) as your username and the password that you've copied down.

That should get you into AB.  If it doesn't, you need to clear your web browser's cache.  That should then fix the problem for you.  (If you need help clearing the cache, please tell us which browser you're using. e.g. Edge, Chrome, etc)
