Taking Multiple Vitamins
And am wondering if this is ok.Am taking:
B12 with foliate tablets
Iron tablets
Vit C in fizzy form ( like Alka-Seltzer)
Only one a day.
I read that Papaya is very good for the platelets, so am going to take that a well.
Now,you will say,go to the docs....but three years ago ,I had a very low count and was put on a HUGE amount of steroids, it was horrible!!!
The other week my count was down a bit so am trying to raise it before my next blood test.
I want to know if it is safe for me to take these vitamins.
Can anyone advise me please :)

I'm not a doctor, but I can offer some general insights. It's great that you're proactive about your health! However, it's essential to discuss your vitamin supplements with a healthcare professional. They can give you personalized advice and ensure that there are no potential interactions or side effects, especially if you've had previous health concerns.
Regarding papaya and its potential benefits for platelets, it's a good idea to incorporate a variety of nutrient-rich foods into your diet, but again, consult with your doctor for tailored guidance.
As for probiotics, they can be beneficial for overall gut health, but it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best probiotics https:/
