I thought I'd be able to finish it without any help as it's a fairly gentle offering from Praxiteles this week, but two still elude me - 

 

Master and Commander sounds like a slow burner (4) I have A?H? - ACHE? 
 

Wild deer antler from which pots hang in some northern homes (10)

R?N?L?T?E? (I assume it's an anagram of "deer antler" but it doesn't want to reveal itself the easy way)

It's an alternative spelling of ranneltree

I note randle-tree is hyphenated, but sometimes the TLS has a tendency to treat such words as a single word. Messes with the crossword solvers haha
