New Mobile

Very very basic but I've it charged and 02 SIM inserted. Fiddling about with it I try to ring my landline to see if it rings when I realise I need to contact 02 to give them a  voucher number but it keeps saying     emergency number so I can't thru to 02. Any help please. Thanks

Turn your mobile off and start again.   It would seem you have opened the keyboard for making emergency calls.

Toorak ta but too much information.  Cl I mighta done but I went back to factory settings but it didn't go away. I'll try turning off

Jennyjoan comes up on iPad. Jinnyjoan on the big computer. Repair man done that

I asked the question in my URL. It says the SIM card has failed.  But thanks everybody. I'll get it looked at in my local phone store tomorrow

If you have gone back to factory setting you will need to set it up with U.K. settings etc to be able to use it.
