unfortunately i think the plan has changed since then so it will be found unlawful but the party will not capitalise on it
I shall add the Supreme Court to the list of lefty 5C organisations, which includes The Bank of England, The Financial Times, The Torygraph, The Office for Budget Responsibility, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the London School of Economics, Oxford Economics – to name just a few.
The only sensible solution is to withdraw from agreements that fail to understand the reality of the situations they define rules for. No point stating something is illegal or unlawful when it's clear either the legislation or it's interpretation is flawed. Best sort things oneself, as 'they' say, "If you want something done properly; do it yourself".
