American Birds.

I must admit I do have a liking for American birds. I particularly like the dark haired Jewish look a la Sarah Silverman.

Now I am aware that a lot of Americans are quite stupid and eat Burger Kings for breakfast, but there is something quite endearing about their accents and way of life. I love the deep New Yorrrrrrrrk accent.

Like the guy from "Love Actually" (The one in the BT ads and My family), will American birds really fall at Englishmens feet? I have a normal North London accent, well spoken but certainly not posh, and probably look very English (if that is possible nowadays).

If I do decide to "go on the pull" in England I am at times successful. I may not end up with a supermodel, but am usually put off by the drinking and smoking brigade, and even presumably classy women, driving MGF's and wearing boob tubes they really shouldn't.

I am thinking our American cousins maybe different.

Only one way to find out Shadow man! Get yourself over there and see! A lot of my friends say they seem to get more attention when in USA because the Americans love the accent. Not sure why, but there you go! You love the New York accent. NY is closer than many places so cheaper to get to. You have no excuse! Also because USA is a genuine melting pot of nationalities, there are many latino/jewish/spanish/italian people, who will have that lovely dark colouring you like. I do too!
Go over there for a weekend shopping at xmas. And take me with you!

I think you're looking in the wrong places THIS side of the pond, if you ask me! I've got a few 'proper' female friends who are single!!?? No boob tubes, promise, no muffin tops either, and definitely no false nails, tattoos etc..........all enquiries handled with discretion!

I am excessively well-educated at public expense, public school and Oxbridge/Hull, but I really fancy Birmingham birds. Julia Roberts is ok, but Birmingham does it for me.

How do you know if a bird is American? It's not like it can speak and give it's accent away.

I can spot the American accent easy enough. Besides American birds also have nice teeth.

I imagine if I am in some New Yorrrrrk barrrrrrrr, I could spot them!!!

American Birds...hmmm...like Eagles? If a jewish looking Eagle fell at your feet, it would be quite extrodinary! I also love the NY, and Boston heavy accent. When I lived in NY I learned the Staten Island ladies were the best to ask for directions, like 'yeah honney, just go down two blocks, and make a left your gonna be fine!' they're so loud. Burger Kings used to have these french toast sticks that were Amazing for breakfast. I think that makes me not stupid right there! haha 

Yeah, I think if you went on the pull in New York a Sarah would be falling at your feet. Us girls like the Brits!
