vogels frangula complex

has any one tried vogels frangula complex for constipation.I was told before trying colonic irrigation try this remedy first.

Never heard of it, sounds awful, like a disease. Eat some prunes, the ones in the squidgy wrapper, they are beautiful and you will definitely 'go' in the morning. Get them at Tesco or Waitrose.

I also buy the figs which are even nicer if you don't like prunes -- Soft Smyrna Figs from Waitrose or Ready to eat dried figs from Tesco -- these are in fact nicer than prunes, have two or three in the evening and you should be OK in the morning -- good luck !! Let me know if it works ....
