Having a bit of trouble with this .... have swapped  a few answers around as I seem to have a couple of wines that fit a few questions ! (Wines not my forte!)
1) Don't gorge on this (7)

18) American or French wine (6)

20) Californian Red(9) 

22) Aniseed Greek wine (7) I thought retsina as letter count fits but can't find a reference to aniseed in this at all as it seems to be from pine.

Re the Retsina - it does rather seem it is Ouzo which has the aniseed flavour though heading did mention Retsina liqueur with aniseed flavour!

Yes it's a tricky one this- came across a few aniseed flavoured drinks but most of them are classed as spirits or liqueurs not wines . ( too high in alcohol content to classed as a wine)
