First of all I do not participate Black Friday.  but looked at my banking online card and have noticed nearly £100 has been taken from Amazon for a "purchase I am supposed to have purchased - it was nearly £100.  i don't know what it is 

HI2EN0CP4  that's the name of the order - don't know what it is and I certainly never ordered.  I have contacted Amazon but am getting no where - any help please.  Thanks

JJ, I don't know what device you use for AB, but if you can see a persons name under their avatar and click on it, it should take you to that persons profile where you can see all the questions that person has asked in the past.
