Hi honey - how are you?? I really feel for you,you have had such a bad time lately.Im glad that your little firl is on the menad and I can't believe how insensitive you doctor has been.

I will see what I can find out that might help.xx
The passage of time will deal with them for you.

You have suffered a major trauma, and your sub-cncious mind is still struggling to assimilate the severe shock it has received, hence the flash-backs.

I'm sorry your doctor has been so unsympathetic, but you will find that as time passes, and your daughther's health improves, the flash-backs will diminish in frequency and intensity, and eventually disappear altogether.

This is a perfectly normal reaction to a severe shock, and nothing for you to worry about. it will not affect your health in the long term, you need to learn to relax and 'ride out' the flash backs when they occur, and try and stay as calm as you can. They will recede and stop - promise!

thank you have to go back to the hospital tomorrow for her check up so hopefully once i know her brain has healed fully i will be able to talk about it more xx
It's normal - don't make yourself any worse by worrying about having the flashbacks. Something traumatic, like that, you're bound to keep thinking about it.

It will diminish as time passes, and your daughter gets back to normal.

Hope she's getting on well.
