My local council said today they couldnt empty the bins because the lids were frozen shut. I went out to mine this morning to put rubbish in, and all that was need was a sharp pull to free it. They should have a gold star for this excuse. What a load of wimps.

What a load of wimps.'As Hymie has mentioned and my experience of bin-persons confirms, these days everything seems to be 'shoddy' to the point that I question the claims read elsewhere on AB that it is the 'meaningful change' that allows us to enjoy the life most of us are living now.. my honest answer is...
