For an offence committed BEFORE my detox...

 

Good start to the new year...

Marylebone Magistrates Court was a £1 or a day for Drunk/Incapable and 30 bob for Drunk /Dis or a day.

Drunk /indecent was £2 or a day.

As most of the drunks and winos had spent the night in police custody and got brekkie thrown in it was good value for money and they walked away.

Nailedit, that sounds like a bit of a result - particularly given there was a breach of a cond dis.  Onwards and upwards.  All I have seen from you recently is really positive stuff and long might that continue!! x

BM, magistrates let the conditional discharge stand as it is (Until it ends in July) and fined me £49 for current offence. The rest was made up of costs and surcharge.

That's still a damn good result!  You are unlikely to get into any further trouble now given your troubles were normally booze related and you are actively dealing with that.  It's a good start to a new year for you!

Was the best that I could hope for BM. Did have a decent set of beaks on the bench though.

Perhaps he should have done elliemay. So many people rooting for you and sending encouragement and support must be worth something even if he wouldn't know us if he passed us in the street! 🙂
