Hello,

I am looking to change my internet and home phone (landline) provider in the near future as they are no longer going to provide these services.

Can anyone recommend from personal experience a provider with a four or five star ratings for these services. I am not looking for a package of services e.g. TV etc or the  cheapest provider.

I am currently considering BT

Any thoughts or your experiences would be much appreciated!

Thanks

I've been with BT forever & never had a problem with the service.  Every time my contract has been up for renewal, I've called & negotiated a better deal - they want to keep their customers.

We have full fibre from Plusnet and its great. No landline with that but we ditched that many years ago anyway as no need for it. We have not missed it one iota.

We use Smarty for mobile phone service and its brilliant and cheap.

'gardener - obviously I don't know your circumstances, but if you're in receipt of one of the benefits shown in the links below, you could be eligible for one of 3 plans.  Are you "fibred-up"?  That would help...

Scroll & read, it might be what you're after.
