Does deskdiary really really  believe that The Tory Baroness and her husbands tax payers windfall of millions of pounds dropped out of the sky ...wonder how much of it David Cameron managed to grab....... after all they are all in this together..

Some people's (well one person's) grasp of the law is woeful. She may end up being charged but until then you can't state she has commited fraud. The NCA has the right to freeze assets while it investigates cases, and that's what's happened here. If she is found inent I'm sure you'll say it's been fixed by the Con Crony Club. If she is found guilty you can  celebrate then.  I can guess how this will end up but I can't say guilty or not guilty , and neither can you

NMA 09.14...I know exactly how it will end up She will be found not guilty of fraud and her trial will be funded by the good old Tory Con clubs bank account.   AKA The taxpayer.

I think if Mone told the dyed in the wool,  true blue Tory supporters like Deskdiary and co, that she has won the National lottery ten times over  they would believe her.🤣

I know exactly how it will end up She will be found not guilty of fraud

I dont think Fraud is made out, really Gullz - she traded and made a profit and as the hubby said ' that is what people do in business' altho 30% is a bit breathtaking -

still not fraud, and not even 'unjust entichment'.

I think you have more luck with sturgeon  - and the  van ( breach of trust and conversion)
