Died yesterday, unexpedically. He was only 43.

No, they shouldn't  We lost someone young too.  We've learnt to live with it day by day but the pain never goes away.  I can cry still at the drop of a hat!  Has your son got a family, Rosetta?

A death with no rhyme or reason I feel is harder to cope with.

Rosetta, i am so sorry to read this, my sincere condolonces, I don't know how you will deal wit it but take comfort from family and friends. Sudden death is so hard to come to terms with, I had two brothers that died suddenly years ago, at different times, I remember lookng on as my own mother struggled and mourned their passing, I had no words for her either, but know she herself lived with the loss but it weighed heavily on her heart every day. I am truly so sorry for your loss Rosetta x

I mention the following, Rosetta, to show that this wasn't your fault or anybody else's, it is one of those tragic things that happens. I was watching The Truman Show (movie) last night, and one of the stars was Natascha McElhone, and that reminded me of her husband who died in very similar circumstances:

McElhone married plastic surgeon Martin Hirigoyen Kelly on 19 May 1998 ... On 20 May 2008, 43-year-old Kelly was found slumped in the doorway of his family's home by a fellow doctor, who had him rushed to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (where he worked). He could not be revived and died one day after his 10th wedding anniversary. A postmortem exam revealed the cause of death to have been dilated cardiomyopathy.
