can anyone advise on where i can find information on how a student is identified as gifted and talented by their cats score ? i.e over 120etc

Apparently 135 and above is "gifted" although from a quick snoop about a number of schools seem to rate it at 125-127 or so.
This makes me a bit suspicious that these schools may be bringing down the bar to make them look as if they have more gifted pupils.
