Tinned Corn Beef Hasn.

Talking to my nieces student boyfriend and he mentioned he often makes tinned corned beef hash. I didn't know there was such a thing. Where would one buy it. I don't think I've ever seen it!

Moorea, I grew up with tinned corned beef hash stateside. It was like a treat, as mum cooked everything from scratch.

I've never had it as I don't like the look of it. Might be ok with a pie crust on it.

Corned beef is food for the Gods. Anything, such as a hash, that has it as an ingredient is likely to be heavenly.

My mum used to make Corned Beef Hash by mixing a tin of beans with corned beef and heating it up.  It was surprisingly enjoyable.

Stovies are lovely and, thankfully, can be bought ready to heat in the microwave.

Just don't put an egg on it.  Corned beef hash is lovely.  But I can't digest baked beans any more.
