From the pages of the Daily Mail....Q5. In February, the novelist Jessie Burton admitted she had never enjoyed which novel written by a Bronte sister?

Of course, enjoyment of any art form is subjective, as we know from debates on this site.
I remember reading it for English O Level, and once i got used to the dense language, from a time when people spent far more time reading, with far fewer distractions, I was enthralled, and I can still remember the shock I felt when Heathcliffe died, he always seemed so utterly vital and full of life.
An amazing piece of work, and rightly a classic.
