Numerical problem.

My OH has come home with the following numerical problem and I`m wondering if anyone here can answer it or tell me how to go about it:

The digits of today`s date (13-10-2006) add up to 13. When was the last date where the digits added up to 13 when the date is presented as above?

I hope that this isn`t some wind up from one of his mates!!!!

Thanks ck1 and kempie, I`ve a feeling that he`s not quite got the wording right somewhere because there must be lots of others in the same mould this century.

Maybe what he was trying to ask was "When was the last Friday 13th when the digits of the date also added up to 13?"
