Agent Cob is a well known anti semite and general terrorist supporter. I predict NF will win.

Continue reading in the app ? No ! Who do ms think they are ?

//Agent Cob is a well known anti semite and general terrorist supporter. I predict NF will win.//

So if he doesn't, you're just going to think they got it wrong I presume.

Corbyn more naive than malicious I'd say; a serial protester who can't see the consequences of his actions. I doubt he could even spell "antisemitism"

Phew - 😄😄😄

Although NOT a Corbyn fan, I hope he wins. Farage is too mouthy and far too big for his boots .

23:21 "So if he doesn't, you're just going to think they got it wrong I presume." - no I will examine the points they make when deciding. Under UK law the defendant must show what they are saying is correct. There is cwt of evidence to choose from so I think it's an easy win for NF.

An epic Jarndyce v Jarndyce- length court case with both having to pay their own costs?

It used to be said that you can't be succesfully sued for slander if you reasonably believed at the time that what you said was true. Dunno about the burden of proof etc.

what exactly did farage say?

If this was a Boris v Corbyn case then the tax payer would have picked up Boris's bill.

"During a segment of his show on 28 February, Mr Farage accused the former Labour leader of subscribing to an antisemitic conspiracy theory."

Like OG, I don't want to read it on the app either.  This is what the BBC is saying.

Jeremy Corbyn says he is to take legal action against Nigel Farage over a statement made on his GB News show.

//During a segment of his show on 28 February, Mr Farage accused the former Labour leader of subscribing to an antisemitic conspiracy theory.

Mr Corbyn called the comments "defamatory" and said he could not "let these disgusting and malicious lies go unchallenged".

On Twitter Mr Farage stood by his accusation.//

09:05, yes interesting parallel. OW also caused himself no end of grief suing someone for saying what was obviously the truth. Massive own goal.

all i can find is descriptions of what farage said but not his exact words... i suppose nobody is reporting them because they are the subject of litigation

difficult to judge it without knowing... i wish corbyn well however

I don't really like either of these people, so I don't care who wins or loses.

The result will be interesting though.
