I think that one practical problem with the installation might be getting the electrical power to heat the water. The person who uploaded the video above to YouTube has included a note on it that the heater unit needs to be plugged into an electrical socket.
As electrical sockets (other than those solely for electric shavers, etc) are prohibited in bathrooms, that would either mean running a cable out of the bathroom to a socket on, say, an adjacent landing or (better) paying an electrician to hard wire the unit to the mains.
