... well ... I've just received a text asking me to complete a 'satisfaction survey'.  Having received very little satisfaction with the service in recent years I thought 'Great!  I'll do that!'

 

So ... click link to access survey form .... message reads 'Survey closed'.  

 

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.  Best to laugh I guess.  :o)

I've had similar for various companies etc. but in fairness I rarely respond immediately something hits the inbox these days. Personal e-mail is mainly advertising, and things get read and responded to when found.

Probably swamped with replies like you were about to give, it was aonly a tick box exercise anyway so they can nsay yes we surveryed the patients.

The truth hurts if you dont want to hear it.

My local council had a survey on the surounding surgeries. When I looked into it, it only ran for 3 days? It must have been a case of, we have to be seen to have done something even thou we know there's nothing we can do.
