Using the word 'charmers' for horrible people is ironic and you'd have to have been living under rock your whole life not to know this - it is extremely widely known. Either that or it's a pretence just to have a go at TTT; I strongly suspect it's the latter.

I understood it, I think it is utterly cold, devoid of basic humanity, and I completely disagree with it.

IMO Using the word 'charmers' for horrible people is being sarcastic. I'm not spotting the irony.

 

I've not used the link, but it's title explains how awful those involved were.

It's like a kindergarten here sometimes.
