We are having a chicken ceasar salad with the leftover chicken I roasted on Sunday and air fryer croutons.  I cheated and bought the dressing.

I then may knock up a zabaglione for pud.

What is gracing your table?

Spinach and ricotta ravioli with olive and tomato salad.

[Barmaid]

Oooh that sounds nice, Tilly.  I would eat more pasta, but Mr BM is not keen.

You have the pasta and give Mr. BM a jacket potato!

We're having sausage and mash. There should have also been onion rings with it, but Tesco let us down. Again.

4 egg yolks, 65 gms sugar, beat together with 100ml marsala and then thicken over a simmering pan of water.  Foolproof.

I tend to pour it over some crushed ratafia biscuits and serve a couple on the side.

Tilly, I am forcing him to have spaghetti tomorrow night.  He will eat it or he will make himself a sarnie.

I'm being lazy...grilled goat's cheese, prosciutto cotto, and kalamata olives 

Then maybe berries and cream plus a square or 2 of 85%

just a simple tagliatelle with panacetta, cubed tommies, red peppers, spring onions, chopped mush, and garlic, and then finished with chives and Carapelli olive oil  washed down with an Andrew Peace shiraz from Ozzie country.....as in Victoria.
