Using my psychic skills I devine that the OP is referring to the "usual  dance" being an oblique reference to terrorism offences by Muslims & the knife attack at a Welsh school possibly having been committed by a White Ango-Saxon Protestant.

WASP - white eetc.... I like the stretch to Welsh Wales - I note there was a Church of Welsh Wales which was disestablished ( not supported by the state) in 1906 and gives rise.....
