It is good for you, yes but I don't think it is very nice. 

I like celery to eat, with cheese or a bit of houmous.  

But celery juice is not nice to drink.  

Better just to eat the celery, if you like it, or put it into vegetable soup.

One stick of celery contains only 7 callories so you probably burn more than that chewing on it.
