Computer Generated Voice

Hey all, i'm trying to make my own soundtrack for a live action game i'm putting together, i have the soundtrack but in the background i want a female voice saying things like, "Self destruct system avtivated." etc... Any ideas on a site/ program that's FREE i can use to type in a sentance, & it verbally repeats what i've typed? Thanks in advance.

I know there are sites all over that specialise in computer genrated speech, try searching for A.I speech in google.
MOst of these things cost a lot to develope so you might not be able to find a free one, good luck.
