Sky And Adt Alarm System
9 Answers
Hi Everyone
I did post this in Technology and although i did receive one reply, im sure there must be lots of people who have an ADT alarm system and Sky Broadband and telephone. We have been told that we need a special filter on the alarm system and if it's going to be a lot of money, having Sky, will not be cost effective. Im going to phone Sky and ask if they will contribute to the cost, ie, free sky sports for 6 months. What do you think. Im waiting for the engineer to phone me today with the price, he did warn me that it will be expensive and that is why im hoping that Sky will help us out with some of the cost.

Spoke to the engineers again last night, the thing we need is a CSL Digi plus box CS200. They suggest that we ask Sky to switch off S.V.B.N in the hub and see if that works 1st which will save us £120. BT, Talktalk and Virgin all work on a speed of 400 but Sky is faster. Does that make more sense(it does'nt to me).
