I took out my vehicle insurance on 24th April with 1st Central  I have to give my old pw whichand as yet I have not received any documents either on-line or by mail. The company is proving difficult to contact. To sign in with a new password I have first to enter my old password, 'the one I forgot'. How?? I am getting the feeling that this company is a scam. Anybody had dealings with thempreviously?

It's not a scam if you went through the genuine website.

Are you trying to log in as existing customer or register as new user?

Thanks for your replies. My wife found aphone number and this has resolved my problem However I will not have any dealings with them on-line in the future. Too difficult. Thanks again.
