has just brought out a new bird book:

"Ten Birds that changed the world"

I've only read the chapter about the Raven so far but it is a fascinating read

To be pedantic, it's actually the paperback edition that's fairly recent. (7th March).  The hardback version came out last year.  (2 March 2023).

Thanks for that info Buenchico, can't think how I missed the hardback as I am quite a fan.
