Diff With Sky Router

It was knocked over and it is saying I don't have sky connection on TV.  Router colour is blue   I have gone into settings and I know my password is correct   TV is saying wrong password. Have turned TV off and on   am getting a channel but am not connected to sky network. Anything else I can do. Thanks

Unplug the router for a few seconds from the main supply then plug back in. Press restart button on router??

Look for the WPS buttons on both your router and your Sky box.

Press the one on your router.  (You might need to hold it until the lights on your router change in some way).

Nip smartly across to your Sky box and press its own WPS button.

The two devices should start talking to each other within a minte or so.

Remember you will have an admin password to get you into the router, and a wifi password.

Done that crawled over from router    pressed a button bit can't see button too well on sky box. Am still getting. You aren't connected to internet. Chris what colour should the router   mine is blue

There are 4 different Sky routers, JJ:

The only one I can see there which can show a blue light is the first one, with that light actually meaning that the WPS button has already been pressed.

My own instinct in your position would be to remove the power to both the router and the Sky box, wait for a minute or so, power them up again, wait until any flashing lights on the router have stabilised and then try pressing the two WPS buttons (as above) again.
