You feel vulnerable and weak now but you'll get past this just as you have before. It's hard when your head is in a dark place but you know you can overcome it because you've done it. Try to focus on the good things in your life - and the good things in you. Think how much you've helped people and cared for people. They would all have been the worse without you. We all have unwanted skeletons and doubts rattling around in our heads - we're all human - but what's done is done and none of us can change a smidgeon of it so don't beat yourself up - for anything. Much love to you. Naomi x
