Parking fines
I have seen a similair question posted, but can't find it in the search results.
Tesco's advertise that if you park for longer than 2 hours, you will recieve a parking fine and they will get your details off the DVLA. Can the DVLA give them your infomation? And if they don't mention getting your details from a source, where do you stand legally if you got a ticket?
Thx

Anybody can buy the details from the DVLA for 2.50 a time - as long as they can show good reason. The example you give is considered good reason, as is being involved in an accident with the car.
