4/7,4/5.Have deserted the kitties for a couple of nights in Manchester. Norman and Magic's guardian is looking after them, although Bailey will probably hide away again.Puss Puss as always will just shower her with love.Have just about recovered from marshalling last week, trying to pair up competing crews who are not that keen on having the right numbers on is always interesting...Hope all is good with you and yours and the weather h9lds for you

I hope that you're enjoying Manchester (although, as someone who lived in Sheffield for 20 years, I can't help thinking that you're on the wrong side of the Pennines!).

I've absolutely no idea as to how one goes about marshalling a regatta but I hope that you were able to enjoy doing so anyway!

I keep hoping to get out and about to 'play radio' but a combination of 'normal' storms (such as the lightning that's forecast for tomorrow here) and solar ones (which simply wipe out all short wave radio signals) keep putting a stop to it.

I hope that you'll have a good week and, of course, that you'll give Puss Puss and Baily lots of extra treats by way of an apology for leaving them!
