Flagpoles

Does anyone here have one in their garden? 
If you do, is it a 'proper' one or is it a fibreglass fishing pole, and what do you fly on it?

Yes a proper flagpole. Various flags. Union Jack, several flags commemorating those that died serving their country. Christmas and Easter flags, smiley faces, cakes.

also fibreglass fishing pole with windsock. Innumerable garden spinners, statues, ornaments. My wife loves her garden.

God did you see that news item about the  Justice of the Supreme Court flying the flag of the great AMerican republic upside down? - recognised as a sign of alarm and distress...

It turns out that it was the wife of (J) who was in dispute with a neighbour who had in the spirit of free speech displayed "[deleted] Trump" notices sort of across the road. Yeah right.

"They" want him recused on any Trump supreme ourt case on the grounds of bias. This would certainly get p and run in England. https://www.theguardian.com/uk/1999/jan/16/claredyer
