A few months after falling of the wawgon and (loads of support on here along with those that dont have a clue until it happens to their children) im once again on the pop afterer 5 month sobriety.

Currently engaged with drug and alcohol services once again.

Trying to get sober again.

BUT I'll do it.

Apparently the avererage number of detoxes (science & stastistics) is three before any of it sticks.

In the case of some serial killers it may be once, lol

I've no doubt lots of people on here want to put their arms around you and try and help you, nailed it. Don't hate youself. Help yourself. You know you can because you've done it before.

Ask for a referral for specialist psychotherapy to deal with the underlying problems, You will do this, if not now, further down the line, but you WILL change for good.

Following my recent hip trauma & op. I'm now lame for the rest of my life - been finally confirmed today. I hate it - but I still want to live my life, but it will have to change (I've no choice). I will live it as well as I can and do as much as I can with it

Same applies to you, nailedit. Dig in there. Truth be told - you have more choice than I, so live a full life or die. Life may not be perfect and also hard, same as me. You at least have a choice and a chance to better it. x
