That’s the point Smowball. Placating nails with sympathy and soft encouragement achieved not. Nails has to bite the bullet so to speak and man up. There is no shortcut, it’s a harsh and stark choice, sink or swim. I wish nails well, but only he can do this. His personal hell, haunts him daily.

He must believe in his own capacity to control his mind, it can be done, and he can do it. So l reiterate, man up nails, and grow a pair.
