I have already made my prediction that England will get no further than the 1/4 finals - i have them to meet Italy and if that happens, i'll be backing an Italian win on pens.

However, i do expect them to be in the top two (if not the top) of the Group and i believe they will beat Serbia tonight. Willy Hill originally had an England win priced at 4/9 but they are going 1/1 to a max £10 stake.

Having totally bossed the first half hour and taken a well-deserved lead, England typically made hard work of claiming the 3 points.

However, a win is a win and, in addition to the bet with WH, i also took full advantage of 365's generosity and had a tenner with them @ 1/1 for an England win.
