Trying to connect as usual to BT mail, Have the message 'This page isn't working, www.bt.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting cookies'. I have tried a dozen times, but can't do it; Google insists that I must change 55 passwords and i really don't want to do that. I think one problem may be that I need to delete a lot of old messages in Inbox, Send and Trash, but as I can't open the site there's no way I can see to do that. At the moment I'm using Mail (Windows 11) but I don't like it as much. Any advice on how to restore BT.com? I have tried switching the laptop off and on again, but no change. I can still get bt.com via my phone and tablet, it's just the laptop that's the problem. All other sites are OK.

Same error but I can get on if I go via My BT

Glad it isnt just me

The OP can get in the her BT emails via Edge, but not Chrome, so her issue is with Chrome

I can't get in with Chrome my normal way which is just via a bookmark on my bookmark bar. I get exactly that same errors. I cleared my cache etc . Then in desperation I went to my BT and got in that way. I was only offering the solution which worked for me mad as it seems They could at least try and see

Have you tried clearing the cache in Chrome?

Yes and it made no difference. I have just tried now and via the bookmark I had I get the same error as the OP. Via My BT I am on first time. Both obviously using chrome. I am happy with this way I was just offering what had worked for me

That's a relief smouse, I was beginning to think I was losing my remaining marbles. Chrome is OK for everything else, it's just the one issue. Have been in touch with BT who say they will phone me back in 15 minutes. At the same time I'm dealing with a possible Bank scam so not a happy bunny at the moment.

In the OP, BT advised to clear cookies not history or cache.

I cleared everything lol

Let me know what they say please but for now I am on even if it makes no sense

They said they've put it right but they haven't. I tried via My BT, which was OK but very slow, so I'll stick with going via Edge for now.

I check my elderly mother's BT emails, and yes I can't access it at the moment.

Perhaps they've been hacked.

It's working now

Was just coming to say so is mine

Thanks Tearinghair for posting this it was good to know is wasn't just me
