I have a design in my head for outside in my backyard - it will include a downstairs toilet which I need, sink and small shower.

That is true, young, but the meaning was clear where Gill used it. There could be no possibility she meant any of the other definitions

Maybe to know it alls like you, but the only meaning I know of was the one I wrote.

And anyway I wasnt critising I believe its best to let people know alternative meanings so they are aware and choose to use the word wisely.
