No really the same though is it?He has not received privileged information that confirms the bet he is making.  The voters haven't cast a vote yet, and the result is not known.  There is no suggestion that he has acted illegally unlike the Tories who clearly had insider knowledge.

I noticed that the Tories refused to return the £20 million donated by Frank Hester.But Labour being more the party of Honesty returned The £100,000 donated by This candidate Kevin Craig.

Correct, but for the reasons I gave not the reasons you have.

He has direct control over the outcome, that would be illegal.  Why cant you see that?
