Thanks for yout input.

Treasured.

Yes, on this one Johnson and the DM are not entirely correct.

It does seem that we are seeing people who challenge the World Order narrative once again having their actual words 'misplaced' to malaign them.  Johnson should have known better as it happened to him too.

The DM, well its the DM, they just want clicks to pay for the ads and their profits.

I agree, YMB.  He should have known better.

YMB

What's "the World Order narrative"?

One you support mate.

I know you know what I mean.

I think the question isn't that simple.

In order to give Farage's stance credibility one has to define "expansion" as actively preventing other nations to make a choice on which international groups they can join; which isn't a reasonable demand, and thus not a reasonable definition.

In order to allow others the right of freedom of choice, the agreement not to expand has to refer to actively seeking new members, which to the best of my knowledge hasn't occurred.

So NATO has provoked no one.

What has happened is that Russia has lost it's mind over past USSR nations choosing to take the opportunity to get as far from Russian aggression as possible and opting to bully anywhere that didn't get away fast enough to cow them into submission.

(We can see how well that's going.)

Even if Farage believes what he says, it was a B stupid time to get controversial.

putin want ukraine's resources

yeah - huge grain output- needless to say the Ukrainians want the resources for themselves and not Russia

BA to O_G

This is one of the few things I like about Boris Johnson. He has always been a staunch supporter of Ukraine.

Farage is a Trump/Maga supporter and employee, and is therefore dutifully joining in with their Putin apologism, and anti-NATO stance.
